Your gift enables us to actively deconstruct barriers of race, class, and ableism, distinct experiential activities unifying both student and adult members of our community in immersive ways are essential to our mission. Central to our immersive approach to learning are our comprehensive modes of pedagogy, leadership, and enrichment. CRCS classrooms are managed by two teachers trained in general education and special education, respectively; both elementary and middle school campuses are led by two co-directors; extensive socio-emotional support is accessible on-site; field trips, overnight visits, and school-based community activities further unite all members of our diverse population; and, free comprehensive afterschool programming is offered to all.
