*On 3/16/22, Governor Hochul, by executive order, extended NYS’s State of Emergency until April 15, 2022. This extension allows for entitles subject to OML, including all charter schools, to continue to hold meetings virtually. In addition to charter school board and committee meetings being held virtually, charters holding their lottery on or before April 15, can hold the lottery virtually.
